Have you ever been in a situation where you really had to concentrate, and be able to think at your highest level? Then, suddenly, something happens to interrupt your train of thought. Maybe you got an upsetting phone call, or someone who was supposed to meet you or pick you up didn’t show.

I deal with situations like these by washing the car or taking a walk. For you it may be drawing, dancing, doing household chores, writing, etc.
